Aciturri has 5 ATL in its facilities of Boecillo distributed over three clean room fully equipped for composites manufacturing of pieces up to 15 x 5 m. Also, it is possible to install in these rooms up to 2 additional ATL and a AFP.

In the facilities of Tres Cantos (Madrid) we have a fully equipped clean room of 2500 sqm for manual lay-up.
The molding is made on flat, curved-male, curved-female and modular tooling of pre-impregnated carbon / glass materials, as well as dry fabrics.
In Boecillo there are also three clean rooms that add up to 6,400 sqm where are produced cured, bonding, monolithic and sandwich elements.

Aciturri has both traditional autoclave curing processes and OOA processes with thermoforming and RTM. A great breadth of technology that gives us flexibility and capacity for curing pieces of large dimensions and with high technical complexity.
