  • Automatic lay-up

    Aciturri has 5 ATL in its facilities of Boecillo distributed over three clean room fully equipped for composites manufacturing of pieces up to 15 x 5 m.
    Also, it is possible to install in these rooms up to 2 additional ATL and a AFP.

  • Manual lay-Up

    In the facilities of Tres Cantos (Madrid) we have a fully equipped clean room of 2500 sqm for manual lay-up.
    The molding is made on flat, curved-male, curved-female and modular tooling of pre-impregnated carbon / glass materials, as well as dry fabrics.
    In Boecillo there are also three clean rooms that add up to 6,400 sqm where are produced cured, bonding, monolithic and sandwich elements.

  • Curing

    Aciturri has both traditional autoclave curing processes and OOA processes with thermoforming and RTM. A great breadth of technology that gives us flexibility and capacity for curing pieces of large dimensions and with high technical complexity.

    Autoclave

    Up to 8 220º/10 bar equipment with maximum dimensions of 20 x 5.5 m

    Thermoforming

    3 presses up to 14 x 3.3m

    RTM

    2 presses up to 4.5 x 2.3 m. with curing injectors and stoves to stabilize kernels and form dry tissue.

  • Trimming

    The most advanced CNC technology for trimming composites pieces up to 18 x 5 m, regardless of their geometry and dimensions. We cover from 5-axis milling to water or manual cutting.

  • Quality

    In Aciturri we accurately guarantee the use of automatic systems in combination with other manuals for ultrasound and sealing inspection (pieces with kernel), as well as the dimensional measurement of all the manufactured elements, attending to the customers’ requirements and sectorial regulation.

    We have facilities to carry out the fitting final processes of auxiliary elements and assembly in harrow.
    Surface setup and painting booths for direct delivery to FAL.

    The facilities are certified as repair centres for composite detail parts, with specific personnel to meet the customer demands.

    Boecillo has 800 sqm for pre-equipped, which allows to reduce manufacturing lead times and to perform a high degree of integration.

    Repairs

    3 Sicoteva with capacity of controlling 20 thermocouples per repair cycle (Boecillo)
