Aciturri Aeronáutica, S.L.U., with registered office at calle Ayuelas 22, Miranda de Ebro (Burgos), Spain, and identification number ES-B-09.479.858, parent company of ACITURRI group, as well of the rest of the companies of ACITURRI Group (hereinafter, “ACITURRI”, shall be the controller of the personal data facilitated by you using the forms provided for these purposes on this Website, as well as the data to which ACITURRI gains access as a result of your navigation, requests or the use of the services offered on this Website or using the contact telephone numbers / email address indicated.
Nevertheless, depending on the query or request, the data may be processed by other companies of ACITURRI Group.
What data may we collect?
For the purposes established herein, ACITURRI collects and processes the Personal Data detailed below, which will depend on the different products or services you may request using the forms provided for the purpose on this Website, in addition to those facilitated by telephone, on any of our forms submitted on paper, and those obtained as a result of the relationship with you.
- Identification and contact data including, but without limitation: first name, surnames, email, telephone, postal address, collected on the query and request forms and transmitted by you using the email address / telephone number indicated on the Website, to pose queries or subscribe to newsletters.
- Curricular data furnished by you on creating your profile and sending us your curriculum vitae provided on the employment portal of the web.
- Navigation data including, but without limitation: IP address, device type and identification, browser type, domain through which you access the Website, navigation data, activity on the Website.
- Contact data associated to providers. Just like any company engaged in legal transactions, ACITURRI pursues relationships with providers and their respective contact personnel, with professionals and collaborators including, but without limitation: full name, position, telephone, email, postal address.
You are hereby informed that the personal data requested on each of the forms provided on this Website, and those requested during telephone conversations are those strictly necessary to attain the purpose described in each case, so that should these not be provided to us, we will not be able to facilitate information about the service requested to you, handle your query, etc., as determined by the circumstances in question.
What is the purpose of processing your data, what are the legal grounds and what are the storage periods?
Note: In those cases where it is necessary to complete a form and mark a checkbox signifying acceptance, or when clicking on a "send" button, this act implies necessarily that you have been informed and expressed your consent to the content of the clause attached to the cited form and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Queries
By means of the form provided on the Website, and the telephones and email addresses indicated on the web, ACITURRI collects identification and contact data for the User, such as their name, company, telephone and email, as well as those data the User may include in their query, suggestion or request.
In these cases the data will be processed for the purpose of responding to your queries or requests.
The legal grounds for the processing of your data for the purpose of "Contact" is the legal relationship entered into between the User and ACITURRI, in other words, in dealing with the request itself, in maintaining contact between the parties and, where applicable, the provision of the service the user may have requested.

Creation of profile in the employment portal, remittance of curriculum vitae and application for job offers.
ACITURRI provides its users with a form for creating a profile and remitting their curriculum vitae in the employment portal of the Website. ACITURRI will use these data to assess the candidacy you submit and, where applicable, to incorporate it into the selection processes which match your profile.
The profile created and the User Curriculum Vitae shall be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described, and it remains your responsibility to maintain them up to date, as they will be used for notifying future vacancies matching your profile and which could be of interest to you. You may also withdraw your profile and curricular data at any moment, by eliminating your profile from the employment portal.
The grounds for the processing of the data in your curriculum vitae are the consent you furnish by accepting this Privacy Policy when sending your curriculum and/or applying for a job offer.
Newsletters
The User may subscribe to the ACITURRI newsletters if they facilitate us with their email address, to which they will be sent.
We will only store your email address in our database and will proceed to send you messages periodically, until you request cancellation, or we stop sending messages.
The purposes of the processing of your data in relation to sending the newsletter are for sending you information of a commercial nature or about events, by electronic means.
The legal grounds for this processing are the acceptance and consent of the data subject.
The personal data you furnish to us will be retained until you should request their erasure or cancel your subscription.
Providers (supply chain)
ACITURRI uses identification and contact data provided on the provider form, for the purposes of managing your possible inclusion as a provider in the ACITURRI supply chain.
The grounds for the processing of your data are the management of your own request in maintaining contact between the parties.
The personal data will be retained for this purpose for the time necessary to deal with your request and, in any case, for the period demanded by law for compliance with legal obligations and until any possible liability has lapsed.
What security measures do we apply?
ACITURRI undertakes to comply with its obligation to maintain personal data in secret and its duty to safeguard them, and shall adopt the measures necessary to prevent their alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing or access as established by the regulations applicable

With whom do we share personal data?

ACITURRI does not sell or hire out your Personal Data to third parties and will only communicate them to other persons or entities if we have obtained your prior consent, or in accordance with the legislation applicable when this consent is not necessary for a specific transfer.

ACITURRI, availing of its legitimate interest, may transfer your data to other companies in our Group within the European Union, for carrying out all the procedures and services relating to internal administrative and reporting purposes.
Our providers.
ACITURRI will disclose or allow access to your Personal Data to companies providing services to us under a contract, when this is necessary for fulfilment of the purposes in this Privacy Policy, such as web platform services, IT systems, email distribution, web positioning services, marketing and organization of promotional events. These providers shall carry out processing of the data pursuant to a data processor contract which establishes the conditions of confidentiality, security, integrity and destination of the Personal Data.
Legal obligations.
ACITURRI may disclose your Personal Data when this transfer is permitted by law or is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, including their transfer to the competent authorities, judges and courts. This includes, but without limitation, compliance with requests formulated by the authorities in accordance with the Act 10/2010, of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
What are the rights of the User?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation from ACITURRI of whether we are processing personal data relating to them. Similarly, data subjects have the right to access their personal data, to request the rectification of incorrect data and, where applicable, request their erasure when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or on other grounds.

To facilitate the process, and comply with the principle of data accuracy, if any datum should undergo modification, the Data Controller would be grateful for this change to be notified to them.
To exercise any of the cited rights, the User may request a form from ACITURRI, or request those prepared by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or third parties. On this point, you are informed that forms for exercising the aforementioned rights are available on the website of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
These forms must be signed digitally, or be accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI of the data subject; when acting through a representative, the latter should attach a copy of the DNI of the data subject, or have the request signed with their digital signature. The forms may be submitted in person, or sent by post or email to the address of the Data Controller stated at the start of this text.
The User may exercise their rights before Aciturri Aeronáutica, S.L.U. at any moment and without charge, by sending email to lopd@aciturri.com. They may likewise send their request, with the same identifying data, by post, or hand it in at our headquarters.
