Aciturri renews the Top Employer certificate that recognizes the company as one of the best companies to work for in Spain.

- For the second consecutive year, the company has received this award for excellence in people management.
- In recent years, Aciturri has promoted various measures in the area of flexibility and work-life balance.

Aciturri Aeronáutica, an aerostructures TIER1 and aeronautical engine components manufacturer, has been recognized by Top Employer Institute as an excellent company in people management for the second consecutive year.

The purpose of the Top Employers Institute is to recognize excellence in people management in relation to the environment. Its ranking is based on an analysis of Human Resources (HR) practices in six areas and in relation to specific issues such as talent strategy, work environment, incorporation of people, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion or well-being.

Aciturri undertook this evaluation process for the first time in 2023, with the aim of comparing its practices in the People area with those of companies rated as the best globally in this area, thus establishing a cycle of continuous improvement and incorporating the best practices that are implemented in the market.

During the evaluation process prior to the awarding of the recognition in 2024, Top Employers has especially valued the improvements experienced in the on boarding process and candidate experience, the improvements in the digitalization of the processes of the People area, and the advances in the training offer to the team, with the incorporation of new solutions such as the expansion of access to leadership training and the development of relations with Universities and training centers.

Aciturri establishes a long-term relationship model with the people who join the project. To this end, it has formal internal listening processes that allow the entire team to evaluate their experience and propose initiatives focused on improving people management. This dynamic has led in recent years to the incorporation of various measures, especially in the area of flexibility and work-life balance, such as flexible remuneration, teleworking and banking hours.
