Aeroengines plant in Ircio, 2 years and 1 month without accidents with sick leave
The teamwork at the Aeroengines facilities in Ircio (Burgos) has managed to overcome two years of industrial activity without a single sick leave accident. A magnificent result considering that this plant has experienced, until the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, an important operative growth, both in technological investment and in productive capacity.
Ircio's facilities are operative since 2017, a plant that was developed from the beginning in Aciturri's safety culture, both for its design and the methodologies applied for its daily management.
These results are the confirmation that our model of management of security and labor health walks in the good direction and motivates us to continue improving it to also advance in other aspects like the reduction of accidents without leave.
