Aciturri launches an own management training program with Deusto
Aciturri has presented in Madrid its new internal training program "IMPULSA"; a project led and managed by our Human Resources team, that has the collaboration of Deusto Business School for its design and teaching.
Geared towards members of our team which could assume management functions in the future, IMPULSA is aimed to help them to develop key competencies and knowledge -in addition to successfully performing their current position- to evolve towards management functions.
At the same time, it seeks to impulse innovation for continuous improvement, and to transfer the principles of “Aciturri culture” to the participants.
The first edition of the program, which will have 16 members, will take place between October and June 2020, in face-to-face sessions that will take place on Friday and Saturday.
Its teaching will be in charge of Deusto Business School’s professors and Aciturri executives, who will share with the participants the challenges they face, and will discuss the aspects addressed in each of the modules.
As part of IMPULSA, they’ll visit the plants of Aciturri and other companies' facilities, in order to exchange opinions and approaches on topics under study.
The participants will reconcile the training sessions with the development in teams of a final project, which they will present and defend in front of the Deusto Business School team and members of the Aciturri Board of Directors, during the closing ceremony.
